It DOES NOT come with the remote. Everything looks nice on the unit. The front face even has the original sticker on it. I did picture in the back, one of the metal outputs is bent. That is in picture number 10.

The outside of the unit has normal wear and some minor scuffs and dirtiness but overall very nice. Yamaha makes some of the very best receivers out there. Why pay over double my asking price for a new model??
